Access to the Tramspotting.com website is by subscription which is paid annually through PayPal. The current subscription cost is £9.95 per year and will auto-renew via PayPal. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew you will need to cancel the renewal through your PayPal account.Your email address will only be used to contact you with regard to your current subscription including updates to the website and tramways systems covered. It will not be sold to any third party.
Your tramspotting data
The website and associated databases are backed up on a regular basis, however Tramspotting.com cannot be held responsible for missing data due to circumstances beyond our control. You can take regular backups yourself of your own spotting data from the User Settings page. Your current subscription information is available on this page too.Photographs
When uploading photographs through the website app, you are doing so on the understanding that you have taken the photographs yourself and are happy for Tramspotting.com to use them on any of their websites for promotional use. Photographs will become the copyright of Tramspotting.com when uploaded and full credit will be given to you in any use of them.Copyright

All merchandise on this website is made to order. We do not hold any stock of any items. As such your order may take up to 14 days to be made and delivered. Orders are placed once a week with our suppliers.Payments
